Start with the crown section parted off. Secure with an elastic. Keep ponytail fairly damp and spray with spray gel (I will link the one we use below.) Split pony into four sections, two smaller in the middle and the outer ones will be a bit bigger. Braid all four sections.
Take the Topsy Tail (which I will also link below) put the pointed end up and under the ponytail and pull all four braids through.
Decide where you would like the inner heart to sit, by taking the two smaller braids and shaping the heart. Then pull these braids straight up and secure with an elastic.
Shape the heart again and then place the next heart where you would like it to sit. Secure the larger heart to the smaller heart just below the elastic of the small heart.
Move the hearts out of the way while you curl the hair.
Once the hair is curled, take a small section of hair right where you want the hearts to sit and secure the hearts to that section of hair. Add a bow and you're finished!
