Fourth of July Easy Mini Star Hairstyle | Q's Hairdos

1. Start in the crown section about 4 inches wide with a side part, clip this out of the way.
2. Secure the rest of the hair into a side ponytail.
3. Part off a one to one and a half inch section of hair parallel to the part line and secure with an elastic.
4. Part off another one inch section and split this one in half secure each half with an elastic.
5. Use the remaining hair and split in half then secure each half with an elastic.
6. Now that all 5 ponies are sectioned off, take the top pony and split in half.
7. Twist each half individually, keeping them separate
8. Clip the right twist to the bottom right pony and the left twist to the bottom left pony.
9. Split the top left ponytail in half and twist each half again, then clip one side to the bottom right pony.
10. Secure the other half to the right top pony with an elastic.
11. Twist the last section on the right side and secure it to the bottom left pony.
12. Then secure the twists to the bottom right pony.
13. Twist each pony and secure to the ponytail.
14. This is option 1, you can leave it as a ponytail, curl the ponytail, or you can add a messy bun for option 2.
15. Add spray gel to keep the fly aways at bay.
